We primarily service all 3 of the New York City regional airports with our airport transportation services, plus Philadelphia Airport, Atlantic City Airport, Trenton-Mercer Airport as well as the New Jersey Shore, Central New Jersey, the New York City Metro Area, the Philadelphia Metro Area and the Atlantic City Area. We also service the Cape Liberty Cruise Port in Bayonne, NJ and the Manhattan Cruise Terminal in Midtown, NY. We also offer point-to-point and hourly service anywhere NY/NJ/PA/CT areas. We also offer car service with our affiliates in dozens of regions all over the country.

Do you offer ultimate destination car services?

Yes, unlike other local New Jersey car services, our monitored affiliated network allows us to arrange and supervise your pick-up or drop off at any location within the United States. We are more than happy to book you a car with one of our affiliates to your ultimate destination.

I've Been Comparing Prices. Some of Your Competitors Seem Cheaper. Why is that?

Other car services publish very low BASIC rates. They then charge you booking and administrative fees, parking fees, tolls, fuel-surcharges, wait time, car seat storage fees and additional taxes. You won't know your true cost until you see the charge on your credit card. Triple Seven Limo has NO hidden fees or any additional charges unless special services are requested by you. What you see on our quote screen and your invoice is what we charge. PERIOD!
I've Heard the Horror Stories about Uber/Lyft What Makes You Different?

Though we are based in NJ, all of our drivers and vehicles are licensed and insured out of New York City. Why? NJ regulation on For-Hire drivers and vehicle are lax. New York City has stringent regulations regarding the way they license their drivers and vehicles. All of our drivers are excessively vetted and all of our vehicles carry New York City minimum liability insurance. While we don't intend to compete with "Ride Share" companies, we do want to eclipse them in every way. Our drivers DMV histories are checked, they are also fingerprinted, drug tested and all steps are supervised by the NYC TLC. Every one of our vehicles are inspected by the NYC TLC quarterly.
What types of vehicles do you have? Do you have anything else?

Please refer to our fleet page, we offer luxury SUVs for larger parties or we offer sedans for parties up 4 people. But it doesn't end there! What are your booking policies?

  • All reservations that are quoted instantly via our website are charged to your credit/debit card instantly. We do permit cash bookings/reservations but a valid credit/debit card is required to secure the reservation. We will not charge your card if you complete your trips payment in cash.
  • No personal or business checks are accepted.
  • All reservations arranged via email or phone will be charged to your credit/debit as soon as your reservation is complete.
  • Passengers are permitted to change their reservation. Changes must completed 24 hours prior to scheduled pick-up time.
  • Reservations canceled within 24 hours of pick-up time will be charged a full fare. Reservations canceled prior to 24 hours of pick-up time will be charged a $35.00 cancellation fee unless another reservation is booked.
  • A 20% driver gratuity, the industry standard, is automatically charged to all reservations.
  • Any cash gratuity offered to your driver is consider additional and is unrelated to your reservation fees and charges with us.
Hey! I booked a Standard Sedan or a Luxury Sedan and your driver showed up in a Luxury SUV!

Yes, this happens at times, we're guilty. But no worries! From time to time, our vehicles get booked up and have no choice but to substitute an up-rated vehicle to a customer that only reserved a Standard Sedan or a Luxury Sedan. There are no additional charges for vehicle upgrades. Enjoy the ride!
